Erica S. Kasel
Erica brings her CMO leadership experience from fashion and beauty retail, publishing and hospitality to Traub to collaborate and advise clients on business and marketing strategy and execution.
As the Head of Marketing and Digital at Chanel for the U.S., she led communications, events, client insights, digital and client experience across fashion, watches and fine jewelry and served on the company’s cross-divisional brand, charity and global task force committees. Erica gained her deep knowledge of the luxury consumer lifecycle as a marketing leader at American Express Publishing where she published Departures and launched Centurion magazine to Platinum and Centurion cardmembers. Her career foundation in hospitality culminated at Leading Hotels of the World, where she developed their award-winning luxury hotel reservations website, lhw.com, the first global hotel luxury website. Most recently, she globally relaunched Clé de Peau Beauté for Shiseido’s HQ brand team in Tokyo across branding, creative, marketing and digital with Jane Smith Agency in NY and LA.
She earned her MBA at NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration at UMASS Amherst. She served as NYU Adjunct Faculty in Graduate level Strategic Marketing.
